All repairs and service calls will be charged at our residential flat-rate pricing, with a 10% discount on parts. Henson Robinson Co. will assume responsibility for scheduling the Regular Maintenance Checks.
An order for all or any part of this quotation applying to items which we must secure from outside sources will be accepted subject to the ability of the manufacturer of those items to ship. We carry Public Liability, Property Damage, and Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
All orders are subject to our acceptance and all agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, and other delays beyond our controls.
Cooling Check
- Inspect filters and belts
- Inspect blower and blower wheel
- Lubricate bearings and motor where applicable
- Measure temperature difference between supply and return air
- Connect the gauges to check operating pressures and refrigerant charge
- Inspect controls for proper operation
- Inspect connections to electrical components
- Inspect and clean condensate drain and line
- Clean condenser coil
- Test voltage and amp draw on compressor and fan motor
- Test thermostat for proper operations, replace batteries
- Inspect evaporator coil
Heating Check
- Inspect filters and belts
- Inspect blower and blower wheel
- Lubricate bearings and motors where applicable
- Measure temperature difference between supply and return air
- Inspect flue for proper draft
- Check safety controls for proper operation
- Inspect pilot and thermocouple, clean and adjust as needed
- Clean flame sensor
- Check for gas leaks at furnace
- Inspect humidifier operation and clean
- Inspect humidifier pad and change as necessary
- Inspect condition of heat exchanger
- Test for Carbon Monoxide
- Flush furnace drain line
- Test thermostat for proper operations, change batteries
- Test CO detector for proper operations and change batteries
