- Water Heater Maintenance & Inspection Inspect for any signs of wear or damage to tank, or components, inspect and tighten electrical connections, and clean/adjust flame rod/element to ensure reliability
- Dryer Vent Cleaning & Inspection Cleaning out lint and debris to prevent fire hazards and ensure proper airflow enhances the efficiency and safety of your dryer (Typical first floor vent included – additional fees may apply for longer vent systems)
