What will we do?
Our roofing team will walk your entire roof performing our Survey & Seal. This is a full roof inspection consisting of cleaning out drainage components and touching up any maintenance items like sealants or pitch pockets. We’ll look for any current problems, and things that could become one in the future.
The information that we gather will be put into a report, assigning each roof section a grade and realistic life expectancy.
But wait – there's more! We aren’t stopping by just to look around. Our roof technician will provide caulking to items that need immediate repair. After the survey is complete, we’ll put together a proposal to provide more in-depth repairs and additional preventative maintenance. This includes but isn’t limited to strip seams and reinforce penetration flashings. These steps provide a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.

Every roof has conditions that are considered “maintenance items” by manufacturers that aren’t covered under warranty.
