Joining us in 2023, Ryan England started his career in 2010, after graduating from Midwest Technical Institute's HVAC program. He began as a service technician with a small-town heating and cooling shop before joining the United Association's Local 137 in 2013. There, he received top-notch trade specific training that helped focus his work related talents to the high level demanded by our industry. While serving his apprenticeship, he participated in the United Association's annual "International Apprenticeship Contest", and in 2018, he won 1st place in State, District and then International contests. After completing the training program, he continued working as a Commercial Service Technician, and was also presented with the opportunity to instruct the next generations of UA apprentices. We are truly happy to have him join our team.
