Coltin Cunningham has nearly 15 years of operations and management experience at the local and regional level in the HVAC/R and contracting industries. Known mostly for his process improvement expertise, systems building and focus on not only customer experience but employee experience as well, Cunningham brings a unique perspective that helps Henson Robinson Company leverage their many strengths and provide unparalleled service across all our businesses.

Born and raised in Central Illinois, Coltin has deep roots in the region and is involved as a volunteer, coach, or board member with a number of local non-profit organizations including the Boys and Girls Club of Central Illinois. A proud graduate of rural PORTA High School, he went on to earn numerous degrees, certificates and eventually a masters’ degree at the University of Illinois Urbana – Champaign where he studied accounting, economics, and business administration. Cunningham is passionate about improving the education system and is currently working with the City of Springfield and other municipalities, local schools and trade schools to help promote the trades and improve the lives of the next generation
